A Tribute to the Pioneers of Red Dirt Music… a concert featuring pioneers of Red Dirt music.

The founding members of this unique style of Oklahoma were these late musicians: Bob Childers, Jimmy LaFave, Tom Skinner, and Steve Ripley.

Bob Wiles, Gene Williams, Kurt Neillsen, Brad James, Scott Evans, Craig Skinner, Monica Taylor, Chuck Dunlap, Pam Hartman, Mark Mars, and others.

This is a fundraiser for 3 Memorials to be placed in Stillwater on the Musician’s Walk of Fame that will encircle the multi million dollar outdoor music park.  Late 2025 is when the Park will open. Each structure costs $15,000.

*Go Fund Me link will be included in the newsletter about this show, and about the annual Gypsy Cafe music festival held in Stillwater the next day on Sunday, May 5th.  At our Saturday, May 4th concert here in The Old Church, we will have donation buckets scattered around- for cash or checks; there will also be PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Square QR codes listed in the evening’s program handed out at the door to make a donation with a credit or debit card.
